In the last post we talked about the physical aspects of a person, describing a person using the adjectives of physical aspects or appearance.
However, in this post we are going to be talking about describing the characteristics of a person; what makes a person? thereby talking about some adjectives for describing characteristics.
When we talk about characteristics we mean, how someone behaves, a person's attitude, a person's emotional status or state, etc.

1. If you can see, when talking about somebody's personality or characteristic in Spanish, we make use of the verb ''ser''. For example: LucÃa es muy amable. - LucÃa is very kind.
Marisa es soltera.- Marisa is single.
2. However when we talk about the person's temporary state or emotion, we make use of the verb ''estar''. For example: Eduardo está contento. - Eduardo is contented.
Cristóbal está triste. - Cristóbal is sad.
